Find and Compare Options From Providers Serving Chicago
Why Everyone Searches Here for a Party Bus Rental in Chicago
Chicago traffic doesn’t need any help being complicated. The Kennedy at rush hour, the Dan Ryan heading south toward Soldier Field on a Sunday afternoon, the Magnificent Mile corridor during St. Patrick’s Day weekend — each one slows everything down before you factor in game-day road closures and festival weekend rideshare surges that hit 3–4x base rate. annarborpartybuscompany.com takes the transportation search off your plate entirely.
Fill out one form, get pricing from multiple Chicago-area transportation providers side by side, and call 734-590-5870 to talk through what fits your group. The comparison tool does exactly this: one input, multiple options, no callbacks required. Whether you need a single 20-passenger party bus for one evening or a fleet of charter buses shuttling 400 convention attendees between Loop hotels and McCormick Place for a full week, the same quote form and phone line cover both ends of that range.
The phone line is open day and night — weekends, holidays, and 11 p.m. the night before your trip. That availability is intentional.
Group Transportation Services Available in Chicago
From O’Hare airport group pickups to Bears game shuttles to bachelorette nights through the Wicker Park bar circuit, annarborpartybuscompany.com helps Chicago groups compare the right vehicle for every occasion. Browse the service sections below to find the transportation setup that fits your date and your itinerary.

Chicago Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) (10000 W. O’Hare Ave, Chicago, IL 60666) handled more than 80 million passengers in 2024 — the second-busiest airport in the United States. Four terminals operate here: domestic flights across Terminals 1, 2, and 3, and international arrivals through Terminal 5. For group pickups, commercial buses use the lower-level Arrivals curbside inner roadway lanes at each terminal.
The key sequence: wait until your full group has cleared baggage claim and assembled at the agreed-upon door, then notify the bus to pull forward. Calling early means the vehicle arrives before your group is ready, and ORD’s commercial lane window is tight. Departures load from the upper-level curbside at each terminal.
Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) (5700 S. Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60638) handles primarily Southwest Airlines traffic on the city’s Southwest Side. Commercial vehicle pickup at MDW is on the lower-level Arrivals curbside. Both airports see significant rideshare pricing spikes during peak event weekends — a private group bus gives your group a fixed rate and a designated pickup spot instead of a variable surge after midnight.
Call 734-590-5870 to set up your Chicago airport group shuttle.

Chicago Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Chicago’s bar and nightlife scene is spread across neighborhoods, not concentrated in one district — which is exactly the problem when you’re coordinating 20 people across four stops in one evening. Wicker Park along Milwaukee Avenue is one of the most popular bachelorette starting points in the city, and it has almost no curbside capacity for oversized vehicles on a Saturday night. The West Loop and Fulton Market corridor fill with cars fast enough that rideshare wait times at 1 a.m. on a peak weekend can stretch to 20–30 minutes.
A Chicago party bus rental eliminates the coordination math entirely. The group loads at the first stop, unloads at every bar and restaurant on the itinerary, and the bus stages nearby between stops for pickup. No splitting the group into separate rideshares, no lost half at the last bar, no one scrambling for a car at 2 a.m. on a closed street. 15- to 50-passenger party buses include a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound already onboard — the ride itself becomes part of the night, not dead time in transit.
Call 734-590-5870 to map out your Chicago bachelorette or bachelor night.

Chicago Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival in Chicago turns a birthday into an entrance. Whether the celebration is heading to a Quinceañera reception hall in Little Village, a Sweet 16 venue in the northwest suburbs, or an adult milestone birthday dinner in River North, the party starts the moment everyone boards — not when guests finally locate parking. The 15- to 50-passenger range is where most birthday group rentals land: color-changing LED lighting, a dedicated Bluetooth sound system, and wraparound seating are standard on most party buses in the network.
Some providers can accommodate vehicle color requests — white, black, or silver — to match an event theme. If you want to rent a party bus that truly fits the occasion, the quote form shows current availability and vehicle options side by side. For adult birthday celebrations heading to rooftop bars in River North or late-night spots in Streeterville, the bus serves as the built-in ride home: no one cuts the evening short, and no one has to coordinate rides home for a group of 20 after midnight.
Call 734-590-5870 for a rate quote and a vehicle recommendation based on your headcount.

Chicago Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Concert night in Chicago is not the night to plan on street parking. The United Center (1901 W. Madison St) books more than 200 events per year — when 20,000 people exit at once, Madison Street locks up within minutes. Bus parking is available in Lot B at the corner of Damen Avenue and Warren Boulevard, $40 per vehicle, with group entry at Gate 2½ on the north end of the building.
Lollapalooza at Grant Park in late July draws more than 100,000 attendees per day to the lakefront over four consecutive days. Columbus Drive, Michigan Avenue, and South Lake Shore Drive close in sections around the festival footprint, and rideshare pricing spikes to 3–4x base rate during peak hours. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at a designated entry point before the worst of the congestion sets in — and picks everyone up from the same location after the headliner ends.
The Riviera Theatre (4746 N. Racine Ave), the Aragon Ballroom (1106 W. Lawrence Ave), the House of Blues Chicago (329 N. Dearborn St), and Soldier Field round out Chicago’s major concert circuit. For any of them, a party bus with onboard Bluetooth sound and LED lighting keeps the energy up from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Call 734-590-5870 to compare your Chicago concert transportation options.

Chicago Corporate Event Transportation
McCormick Place (2301 S. Indiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60616) is the largest convention center in North America — 2.6 million square feet of meeting and exhibition space across four interconnected buildings, hosting more than 3 million visitors per year. Getting your team or convention attendees to the right entrance requires planning: the Lakeside Center uses Gate 38 for group drop-off, the West Building uses Gate 42, and the South Building uses Gate 26. A shuttle circuit from Loop or River North hotels to the correct McCormick gate eliminates the guesswork and keeps your attendees from arriving at the wrong building on a tight conference schedule.
For smaller corporate moves — executive airport transfers from O’Hare, board meeting shuttles between River North and the South Loop, or team-building outings in the Fulton Market District — a 15- to 35-passenger minibus covers the job cleanly. Employee shuttle routes along the Eisenhower (I-290), the Kennedy (I-90/94), and the Dan Ryan are another common setup for companies with suburban campuses and downtown offices. Call 734-590-5870 to build a corporate shuttle quote for your Chicago event date.

Chicago Private Event Transportation Services
Chicago’s event calendar creates its own transportation pressure at regular intervals. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade along Columbus Drive in March draws more than 100,000 spectators to the downtown lakefront, with road closures across the Grant Park corridor starting early morning. The Chicago Marathon in October — 40,000+ runners, more than 1 million spectators lining the route — shuts down portions of LaSalle Street, Michigan Avenue, and Lake Shore Drive for most of the day.
Lollapalooza in late July effectively closes Grant Park to normal vehicle access for four straight days.
For private group events — family reunions at a West Side venue, anniversary weekends, corporate off-sites, church retreats — a charter bus or party bus keeps everyone on the same schedule and removes the parking scramble entirely. Parking in the South Loop, Museum Campus, and Near North Side runs $40–$60 per vehicle for a single afternoon event. Multiply that across 10 cars and the bus justifies itself on cost alone, before anyone starts counting the coordination savings.
Call 734-590-5870 to build a private event transportation package for your Chicago date.

Chicago Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Chicago-area prom season runs from late April through early June, with high schools across Cook County and the collar counties holding their events inside a tight six-week window. That is the single busiest period of the year for party bus rentals in Chicago. Availability for popular dates — especially Saturdays in May — disappears quickly once the school year builds momentum.
Book by December or January for a spring prom date. The timing difference is measurable: as an example to give you an idea, a 20- to 30-passenger party bus for a 6-hour prom itinerary (school pickup, photo stop at Millennium Park, dinner in River North, venue drop-off, and a late-night return) booked four to six months out typically runs $900–$1,500 all-inclusive. Booked four weeks before prom, the same vehicle runs $1,600–$2,500+ for whatever remains available.
For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing or no availability.
Homecoming bookings follow the same calendar logic, typically two months earlier in the fall. The quote form above shows real-time pricing and availability for your specific Chicago school event date in under 30 seconds. Call 734-590-5870 and check availability before the winter break.

Chicago School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Chicago’s Museum Campus on the lakefront is one of the most visited school field trip destinations in the Midwest, and it has a specific transportation flow worth knowing. The Shedd Aquarium (1200 S. Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605) maintains a designated bus loop on the south side of the building off Solidarity Drive — school groups arrive in that loop, where a Shedd staff member meets the class for orientation before entry. The Field Museum (1400 S. Lake Shore Dr) sits immediately adjacent, with bus access from Museum Campus Drive.
Both buildings are within two miles of Soldier Field and McCormick Place, which means Solidarity Drive carries heavy traffic on Bears game days and major convention days. Arrive at your scheduled entry window and build in extra time on those overlap dates.
Popular Chicago school stops beyond Museum Campus include the Art Institute of Chicago (111 S. Michigan Ave), the Chicago Children’s Museum at Navy Pier (600 E. Grand Ave), and the Adler Planetarium (1300 S. Lake Shore Dr). For groups of 15 or more, ADA-accessible vehicle options are available through the network. Call 734-590-5870 to compare options for a school field trip bus on your Chicago date.

Chicago Sporting Event Transportation
Chicago runs three major sports venues in heavy rotation, and each has a specific bus protocol that makes game day smoother than anything involving a parking structure.
At Wrigley Field (1060 W. Addison St, Chicago, IL 60613), buses drop off groups on Irving Park Road just east of Clark Street. Clark and Addison are frequently closed to bus traffic immediately after Cubs games — plan your post-game pickup on Irving Park Road and brief your group on the staging location before first pitch. There is no on-site bus parking at Wrigley.
At United Center (1901 W. Madison St, Chicago, IL 60612), bus parking is in Lot B at the corner of Damen Avenue and Warren Boulevard, $40 per vehicle. Group entry is at Gate 2½ on the north end of the building. All official lots open two hours before event time.
At Soldier Field (1410 Museum Campus Dr, Chicago, IL 60605), bus drop-off is on Columbus Drive north of Balbo Drive — that is the only approved bus drop-off location on or near the campus. Bus parking for Bears games requires a pre-purchased pass for the Adler Planetarium Lot; day-of payment is not available at the gate. A bus restriction zone applies starting 90 minutes after kickoff through one hour after the game ends.
Check the official Soldier Field parking page before game day to confirm current lot assignments and advance pass purchasing. Call 734-590-5870 to arrange your Chicago game-day transportation.

Chicago Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Chicago wedding venue and an available parking lot rarely come together. If your reception is at a converted loft in the West Loop, a Michigan Avenue hotel ballroom, or a lakefront venue in the South Loop, your guests are facing $40–$60 parking costs or a 10-minute rideshare wait at the end of a long evening. A Chicago wedding shuttle service runs between hotel blocks and ceremony and reception venues on a timeline you control — not one governed by surge pricing.
Minibuses are the most practical fit for wedding shuttles: easy to load in formalwear, maneuverable in the narrow one-way streets common in River North and Lincoln Park, and sized right for the 15- to 35-person loads between hotel and venue. For the bridal party on the day itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the transportation with room to spare. For guests dispersed across multiple hotels — common when out-of-town attendance is high — a fleet of minibuses covers every pickup point without leaving anyone waiting on a corner at 11 p.m.
Call 734-590-5870 to discuss your Chicago wedding shuttle setup, and check availability as soon as the venue contract is signed.

Chicago Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Chicago’s bar and brewery scene spans half a dozen neighborhoods worth an evening each — and coordinating 20 people across Wicker Park, Logan Square, and Fulton Market on a Saturday night without a bus is exactly as complicated as it sounds. Saturday parking in those corridors is metered, permit-only, or a private lot that will tow without hesitation.
City Winery Chicago (1200 W. Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607) in the Fulton Market District anchors a natural wine-focused evening — live music, winery tours, and a full wine list in one space, with the Randolph Street restaurant corridor within easy reach once the bus repositions. For Logan Square craft breweries or Wicker Park cocktail bars along Milwaukee Avenue, a 15- to 25-passenger party bus keeps the full group together and eliminates the parking lottery that defines those neighborhoods on a weekend night. Everyone in the group travels together, start to finish.
The route runs on your schedule, and every stop is a clean drop-off with the bus staged nearby for pickup. Call 734-590-5870 to build your Chicago pub crawl or winery tour route.

Popular Chicago Party Bus Destinations
Chicago’s most visited stadiums, lakefront institutions, and cultural landmarks each have their own drop-off rules, their own parking situation, and their own reasons a bus makes the day noticeably easier. Here are six of the most popular stops for Chicago group transportation — with the on-the-ground detail that matters when your group actually shows up.

Wrigley Field
Wrigley Field has been home to the Chicago Cubs since 1916, and with a capacity of 41,649, the surrounding Wrigleyville neighborhood fills up hours before first pitch on warm-weather home dates. Charter bus drop-off is on Irving Park Road just east of Clark Street. Post-game pickup stages at the same location on Irving Park Road — Clark Street and Addison Street close to bus traffic immediately after games, so brief your group on the Irving Park Road staging area before first pitch.
There is no on-site bus parking at Wrigley; oversized vehicles cannot wait along Clark or Addison post-game. Review the official Cubs transportation page for current access details and any season-specific changes before your visit.

United Center
The United Center (1901 W. Madison St, Chicago, IL 60612) is home to the Chicago Bulls (NBA) and the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL), with a basketball capacity of 20,917. It hosts Bulls and Blackhawks home games as well as major concerts and touring events throughout the year — making it one of the highest-volume arenas in the country. Bus parking is available in Lot B at the corner of Damen Avenue and Warren Boulevard, $40 per vehicle; groups should enter at Gate 2½ on the north end of the building.
All official lots open two hours before event time. Review the official United Center directions and parking page before your visit for current protocols.

Soldier Field
Soldier Field (1410 Museum Campus Dr, Chicago, IL 60605) is home to the Chicago Bears and hosts major concerts and international matches, with a capacity of approximately 61,500 for football. Bus drop-off is on Columbus Drive north of Balbo Drive — the only approved bus drop-off location on or near the campus, and enforcement is strict. Bus parking for Bears games and events uses the Adler Planetarium Lot, which requires a pre-purchased bus parking pass; day-of payment at the gate is not available.
The bus restriction zone is active 90 minutes after kickoff through one hour after the game ends. Check the official Soldier Field parking and directions page before game day for current lot assignments and pass availability.

Navy Pier
Navy Pier (600 E. Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60611) stretches half a mile into Lake Michigan and draws more than 9 million visitors per year. It is home to the Chicago Children’s Museum, the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, the Centennial Wheel, restaurants, and a full calendar of private event venues and public festivals. There is no bus staging or parking available on the pier — buses drop off at the front entrance via Streeter Drive and must immediately leave, then return at the pre-arranged pickup window.
Group leaders should coordinate the return pickup time in advance; buses that arrive early will be asked to leave and circle back. Review the official Navy Pier driving directions page for current access rules before your visit.

Shedd Aquarium
The John G. Shedd Aquarium (1200 S. Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605) is one of the most visited indoor aquariums in the world, housing 32,000+ animals across 1,500+ species. It anchors Chicago’s Museum Campus alongside the Field Museum and the Adler Planetarium. Bus drop-off is in the designated bus loop on the south side of the building off Solidarity Drive — school groups are met by Shedd staff in the bus loop and oriented before entry.
On Chicago Bears home game days and major McCormick Place convention days, Solidarity Drive backs up significantly; build extra arrival time into those dates. Until further notice, street parking on Solidarity Drive is not available; only the Soldier Field North Garage provides on-campus parking. Review the official Shedd Aquarium directions and parking page before your visit.

Millennium Park
Millennium Park (201 E. Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60601) covers 24 acres in the heart of the Loop and draws millions of visitors each year to the Cloud Gate sculpture, the Jay Pritzker Pavilion outdoor concert stage, the Crown Fountain, and the Lurie Garden. In late July, the adjacent Grant Park hosts Lollapalooza, pulling 100,000+ attendees per day over four consecutive days, with Columbus Drive, Michigan Avenue, and sections of South Lake Shore Drive closing around the festival footprint. For standard group visits, buses drop off along Columbus Drive or Michigan Avenue.
The Millennium Park area has two nearby garages for oversized vehicle staging: Grant Park North Garage (25 N. Michigan Ave) and Grant Park South Garage (325 S. Michigan Ave).
